Ultimate MMA Strength & Conditioning

Posted on 20 June 2012

Eric Wong’s guide to MMA Strength & Conditioning called, “Ultimate MMA“, changed my whole outlook on training as an MMA Coach. Not only did it put all the years of experience as a personal trainer and martial artist in perspective, it also added so much value to my Certification as a MMA Conditioning Coach through the Mixed Martial Arts Coaching Alliance.

Eric Wong’s knowledge on periodization, and the focus on strength, power, and all aspects of MMA training and its effects on the human body, is worth more than anything I’ve invested on as an MMA Coach.

Eric Wong’s Ultimate MMA is the NUMBER ONE tool I use as both, a personal trainer training non-fighters, and as an MMA Coach training fighters!

The above video is a video of three of my favorite stretches that I include in all my Personal Fitness Training sessions, MMA Coaching sessions, and MMA Strength & Conditioning Classes. This is only a taste of Eric Wong’s guide in his Ultimate MMA books and video series!
