If you want to add a leg workout to your fitness routine, this is an incredible 2 minute workout. I use this workout once a week along with additional workouts for my MMA Fitness and Fight Shape Boot Camp classes at Old Town Fight Club.
This will make your legs burn!
I usually do a 10 minute warm up: jogging, lunges, sprints, etc.
Then we lineup and for 2 minutes we hit the legs – followed by a recovery jog around the gym and on occasion, we repeat this 2 minute exercise an additional two more times!
Add it to your routine, your legs will burn, your heart will beat, and get in the best shape of your life!
