Legs like GSP Workout

Here is a workout that members do during the MMA Fit class at Old Town Fight Club in Monrovia.

The leg workout is first accompanied by 15 minutes of warm up (Jogging and Line Drills).

The MMA Fit class at Old Town Fight Club in Monrovia also includes hand techniques, sprawling drills, a 6×30 workout and other bag and MMA drills consisting of 30 seconds each for 3 rounds and 30 second rest in between.

A core workout and a cool down with important stretches closes out this high intensity and fun class

Here are the workouts:

“Legs like GSP” 3sets
-Bulgarian Split Squat (6 slow) to Plyo x6
-Dumbell/plate lunges 2 forward 2 back (15-20)
-Glute Bridge Complex (Single/Single/Double x 12)
-Stability Ball Hamstring Curls
