Do you breath right when you run?

I love to run. But sometimes, when I am long into the run I get tired, and I stop thinking straight, and I fall back to bad habits: like running form, tensing up, lack of focus and my breathing gets all out of whack!

The video above will help those of you, who are like me, with breathing while you run because it is so important to get oxygen into your system so you can run longer and run faster!

Also remember, getting the right pair of shoes are important for all runners. Be sure to get fitted correctly at a run specfic shoe store, and practice good form and of course, breath right for a better run!
